Andrew Highrise's Founder and Highrise is his 2nd company. His 1st company, eponym, was backed by Sam Altman (OpenAI), Alexis Ohanian (776) and The Tisch family. Andrew sold eponym to one of the country's largest eye care retailers.

Jennifer
Jennifer Daniels (PCC, CPCC) is Highrise's Principal Coach. A former executive at GE, she teaches Entrepreneurship at Georgia State and is president of Flying Laboratories®, a growth strategy consulting and executive leadership development company.

At Highrise, Jen is responsible for curriculum development, coach training, and developing Highrise members into leaders.

Erin
Erin joined Highrise as team member #1 in December 2021 . She is a graduate of University of Maryland with a degree in Nursing. She is a native of Baltimore but has lived all over the US and Asia.

Erin has a background in music and higher education. As a singer, she performed in the U.S. and internationally in venues in Europe, South America, and South Africa. Erin completed her Ph.D. at NYU and is also a life coach and a published author.
