General

Can my company work with Highrise to get coaching for its employees?

Yes. Please reach out to support@tryhighrise.com so we can learn more about what your company is looking for. In general, we can customize our coaching solutions to allow your company to subsidize a portion or all of an individual’s coaching expenses. We can also create custom solutions based on each company’s individual needs.

How am I matched with my coach?

During your sign up, we’ll ask you to help us better understand your reasons for using Highrise and background on your professional experience. Afterwards, your dedicated Highrise success manager will reach out to schedule an introductory call to learn more. We’ll then set you up with a coach that is best suited to help you grow based. Some of the criteria we use to set you up with a coach includes: experience level, industries served, success with similar types of clients and many more.

What if I have to cancel at the last minute?

Just let your coach know as soon as you can and they’ll work with you to reschedule.

Is my information confidential?

Yes, absolutely - we understand how important trust between you and your coach. Highrise requires that all of our coaches enter into three way confidentiality agreements with our company and those being coached. 


Who coaches with Highrise?

We hire only the best coaches. The types of coaches we ourselves use for coaching. What is the typical profile? It’s usually someone that has had both coaching and operating experience in an area similar to yours.

What happens if I don’t like my coach?

We’ll do everything we can to help including switching you to another capable coach.

Is coaching in person or remote?

Coaching is set up remotely through our platform or through Zoom.

Can I switch between plans?

Yes. Many folks utilize group coaching and individual coaching in parallel.

What if I want to cancel?

We hope we can address your concerns, however, you can cancel at any time for any reason.

What happens after I sign up?

A member of our team will reach out to get you set up with onboarding!

How is Highrise so affordable?

We make coaching affordable by making the process of coaching and being coached more efficient.

Payment

Can I be reimbursed for using Highrise?

Maybe. Many employers have dedicated funds allotted for employees for expenses such as training, conferences, travel etc. In our experience, we’ve found that many employees can get at least a portion of their coaching expenses covered through such stipends. Check with your employer to learn more.

Is your service tax deductible?

In many cases, coaching services can reduce your income tax owed. Please consult with your own tax advisor who can consult you on your own individual situation. This is not meant to be tax advice.

What’s your cancelation/refund policy?

We’d be very disappointed to see you go and of course would love to hear your feedback to make your experience a better one. If you’d still like to cancel, you can of course cancel at any time for any reason. If you’d like a refund for coaching that’s already occurred, shoot us a note and we’ll work with you to make it right.

What if I need an invoice to submit to my employer?

Let us know at support@tryhighrise.com and we’ll get back to you with a proper invoice.

How will I be billed?

You will be billed at the beginning of every month for your coaching plan.

Group Coaching

How am I matched with others in my group?

During your sign up, we’ll ask you to help us better understand your reasons for using Highrise and background on your professional experience. Afterwards, your Highrise success manager will reach out to do an introductory call to learn more. We then use our proprietary system to help match you with peers that will make your group coaching sessions productive.

How long are group coaching sessions and how often do they occur?

Group coaching sessions are usually 75 minutes long and are scheduled every two weeks for a fixed day/time.

Individual Coaching

How long are individual coaching sessions and how often do they occur?

Individual coaching sessions are 1 hour long. Your coaching cadence is completely up to you. Many of our customers tend to see the best results with coaching sessions at least every couple of weeks.
