The cornerstones of your team at Highrise. Your coach is ICF-certified and has at least 2000 hours of logged client-facing coaching experience. Your Member Success Manager is there to help ensure you get the most out of your Highrise experience right from day 1. They can also provide an additional layer of support & accountability.

How do our members complete our program while working?

We take member availability into consideration when scheduling our cohorts.

Your cohort meets for 90 minutes every two weeks and you’ll have short accountability check-ins on the alternating weeks.

It only takes about 5-6 hours per month to get the most out of our program.
