How to Give Great Feedback

How to give, receive and ask for feedback effectively

Feedback is a core skill, necessary both for those who manage others and those who are being managed.

In this workshop, you will learn:

- The science behind great feedback

- How to give, receive and ask for feedback effectively

- How to share feedback that creates a conversation and thereby decreases defensiveness

- How to convert bad feedback into great feedback

We will also allow plenty of time to practice what we learned.
